Villa Description
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private veranda or balcony, providing views of the ionian sea. The pool area presents a panoramic spectacle and the villa is surrounded by a vibrant courtyard with a bbq.
The upper level of the villa unveils the master bedroom, featuring a double bed and a bathtub. On the middle floor, there are the main living room, dining area that showcase oak accents and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, each boasting their own en-suite bathroom.
The ground floor consists of an autonomous apartment, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom featuring a plush double bed, a bathroom, and a dining room. Additionally, a generously sized room awaits with two showers and a sauna, offering indulgent relaxation for 2-4 individuals.
The villa can be seamlessly divided into two autonomous spaces if desired, known as the ‘Ionia Studio’ (smaller) and ‘Ionia Villa’ (larger).
A charming 50-meter footpath from the courtyard leads to a secluded, almost private beach, while a mere 500 meters away lies Kamini beach with amenities and sun loungers; just a brief 5-minute stroll from the villa.
